A cancellation on the day of the event will result in a 50% charge of the total order; no cancellation will result in a full charge. No substitutions. Failure to arrive at the scheduled meal time may result in a service delay. All hot meals are prepared at time of arrival. All meals will be delivered no less than 30 minutes prior to show time.
